I am a retiree, without a pension, but with a sizeable non-registered Account (50% split between Canadian dividend stocks and high growth Canada/US stocks) that I personally manage. I have not had a clear plan on how to pull $ out to fund my retirement with these assets. I came across Adrian and his passion for dividend investing for income on YouTube. After checking out a number of his videos, and being introduced to ETF dividend options (specifically covered calls and split funds), I was intrigued so I purchased the Ultimate Dividend Passive Investing Pkg. It includes a wealth of information, in an easy to access format for a very reasonable $45. So far I have used it by swapping out about 40% of my individual dividend stocks to ETF options, that pay higher dividends with the intent to create a monthly income stream. I plan to experiment with this approach and if it ‘feels right’ I will swap out more of my individual dividend stocks.

This package really is excellent. Not only is the research into the stocks very solid and detailed, the example portfolios are really well diversified and thought out. I made a couple of changes to the portfolios to suit my own preferences but they are an excellent guide and the list of income options makes the substitutions easy to research.
As someone who is heading into retirement in the next couple of years, I really appreciate the quality and depth of the package. It is going to make a difference for many years.
