I would encourage anyone to watch the videos, listen and learn from Adrian and certainly do you own reviews of the funds discussed. We did, and we liquidated many positions in mutual funds and pretty much did exactly what Adrian has done resulting in a $70K income from a $700K investment in the Passive income investment method not including any captial gains that we are already enjoying. Monthly distributions offset the fluctuations of the markets and stabilize your returns which we now receive as monthly cash allowing us to use as income or to reinvest for more income. Bottom line, I feel like im being paid handsomely to hold the same stocks we did before, amazing.

Would be great to see backtest results for each portfolio. A program such as Vectorvest can run backtests to see how a portfolio would have done over the last 1, 3, 5, 10 years. This would be import to see, vs the Market returns over the same periods.
